2023/24 Show Season
- The South Island Championships will be held at Christchurch A & P Show from 15 – 17 November 2023.
- The North Island Championships will be held at the Whangarei A & P Show on 2 December 2023.
- The Royal Show will be held at the Horowhenua A & P Show on 18 – 21 January 2024 (see note below).
- The NZ Dairy Event will be held at Manfield Park, Feilding on 23 – 25 January 2024.

JerseyNZ Judges
JerseyNZ Judges attend a training school held annually and are certified by a JerseyNZ Judge and based on their marks, will receive a Certification from the following list. Please note that these Certification guidelines were updated in 2023, therefore any Judge Certifying from 2024 onward will be qualified under these guidelines. The next Judging Certification days will be in Autumn 2024, dates and venues are to be confirmed
90+ Merit Judge (4-year pass)
Recommended for major shows within New Zealand or overseas
80 – 89 Senior Judge (4-year pass)
Capable of judging any show in New Zealand
70-79 Intermediate Judge (2-year pass)
Capable of judging smaller shows within New Zealand, not recommended for the major shows
<69 Associate Judge (recertification every two years)
Not recommended to judge a show on their own, but encouraged to be an Associate Judge as often as possible
