Link Livestock Ltd are pleased to announce their new appointment. Nigel Riddell will join the team from the 10th August in a management role in this growing NZ owned company.
Nigel brings to the team a wealth of experience in the industry originating with a cadetship in Elders Pastoral Ltd across the expanse of their business, before focussing on training as an auctioneer and livestock valuer. He then experienced livestock marketing in North America for a while before managing our former company Jersey Marketing Service Ltd. Nigel’s continuing employment record shows successful senior roles with RD1.Com, Agri-feeds and Bell-Booth ltd.
Married for 17 years to wife Julz and their two children Thomas and Ellie-May, they went on to form the successful breeding operation “Thornlea Jerseys”. Through the path of sharemilking to family equity partnership and now sole ownership, their “Just Jersey Ltd” brand is well established among NZ’s registered cattle.
Nigel’s flair for marketing, acute livestock eye and personable character will be a great addition to Link Livestock Ltd’s (LLL) active business.
