Annual General Meeting 2021 – POSTPONED

At the Board meeting held via zoom on Wednesday 15 September, the decision was made to postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 30 September 2021 until all of New Zealand reaches a minimum of lockdown level 2. This decision has been taken to safeguard the health & safety of all members and staff as many members are reluctant to travel under the current uncertainty, potentially from or through higher lockdown levels.

Once the appropriate lockdown announcements are made, a rescheduled date will be advertised to members and the Annual Report will be issued. At that point, we will ask members to re-register for the new date.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this postponement may cause to members, we are sure that you all appreciate the reasons for this decision.
